By accessing or using the Tone Music mobile application and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tone Music (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Virtual Trading & No Real-World Value
Tone Music is a simulation platform. All "stocks", "shares", and "currency" within the app are virtual assets.

Entertainment Only: The Service is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

No Cash Value: Virtual balances, royalty payouts, and portfolio values have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real-world currency, and are non-transferable outside the Service.

No Ownership: Investing in an "Artist Stock" does not grant you equity, intellectual property rights, or any legal claim to an artist’s actual earnings or royalties.

3. No Financial Advice
Tone Music does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any data provided, including trading spreads and price fluctuations, are part of a simulated ecosystem and should not be used to inform real-world financial decisions.

4. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service integrates with and relies on various third-party providers for data, media, and functionality.

Accuracy: We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or availability of information provided by these external services.

Changes: Your interaction with third-party components within the app is subject to the respective terms and policies of those providers. We reserve the right to change or remove third-party integrations at any time without notice.

5. Service Evolution and Modifications
Tone Music is a dynamic platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, adjusting virtual marketplace mechanics, resetting virtual balances for testing purposes, or changing the availability of certain artist listings.

6. Limitation of Liability
Tone Music is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tone Music shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of virtual data or simulated balances, resulting from your use of the Service.
